Thursdays - 10:00am-5pm
Every Second Saturday - 9:00am-1pm

Cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Alexandra@insideout.net.au or call 0407 169 135 at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. Reschedules / cancellations within 24-hour period will incur full fee. No Show’s will incur full fee. Thank you in advance for your understanding and respect of this policy and our clinician’s time.
